Dirt Rag Dirt Fest Food Vendors

Festival Information

  • Dirt Rag Dirt Fest PA: 3 days, 1,500-2,500 people per day
    • May 17-19, 2019
    • This is a camping event where folks are camped in the area, riding bikes throughout the day with afternoon and evening festivities near the food vendor area
    • We limit the total number of food and beverage vendors to limit overlap in offerings and maximize sell-thru. Contact us asap to book a spot!

    • July 12-14, 2019
    • This is a camping event where folks are camped in the area, riding bikes throughout the day with afternoon and evening festivities near the food vendor area

Food Vendor Agreement

Food Exhibitor

  • Dirt Rag Dirt Fest Pennsylvania:
    • Space available:
      • 10×10 foot expo space 3 attendee passes
      • 10×20 foot expo space 3 attendee passes
      • 20×20 foot expo space 4 attendee passes
    • Vendor fee is 10% of gross collected paid to Rotating Mass Media with a sales statement upon the departure of the event. This must be paid with a check. This is on top of any vendor fees. To be collected by the organizer.

  • Dirt Rag Dirt Fest West Virginia:
    • Space available:
      • 10×10 foot expo space 2 attendee passes
      • 10×20 foot expo space 3 attendee passes
      • 20×20 foot expo space 4 attendee passes
    • Vendor fee is 10% of gross collected needs to paid to Rotating Mass Media with a sales statement upon the departure of the event. This must be paid with a check. This is on top of any vendor fees. To be collected by the organizer.

Set-Up/ Tear Down 

  • Set-up: Wednesday and Thursday 9:00 a.m. -6:00 p.m., Friday 9:00 a.m. -11:00 a.m.
    • Must be set up before noon. No trucks will be allowed to drive in once expo is open.
  • Tear Down: Sunday 3:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. 

Hours of Operation (Mandatory) 

  • Friday 1:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
  • If serving breakfast items open Saturday and Sunday at 8:00 a.m.
  • If NOT serving breakfast items open Saturday and Sunday at 11:00 a.m.
  • Saturday close at 8:00 p.m.
  • Sunday close at 1:00 p.m.
  • Friday and Saturday evening there will be music and a movie in the “Fun Zone” where food vendors are located

Rules for food vendors: 

  • No glass bottles
  • No alcohol sales
  • No styrofoam containers
  • No weapons
  • No pets
  • No open fire or fire pits or charcoal
  • No trailers unless pre-approved
  • Must have fire suppression devices and plan in place
  • Must follow County and State Health Codes
  • Must have the current ServSafe certificate at the festival
  • Must remove all trash and recycling from the site in timely manner bags of trash and recycling in or around vendor area not contained by a trash can will be considered a violation of the agreement
  • We’d prefer is all food was served in compostable containers

Violation of any of the established rules may result in immediate removal from the festival and termination of this contract.

60- Days prior to the event:

  • 100% Non-refundable booth payment to be received 60 days prior to the festival

30- Days prior to the event:

  • Copy of Insurance naming Rotating Mass Media as additionally insured
  • Copy of Business License
  • Copy of Current Servsafe Certificate
  • In Full Booth Payment
