Festival Information

  • Dirt Rag Dirt Fest PA: 3 days, 1,500-2,500 people per day
    • May 18-20, 2018
    • This is a camping event where folks are generally camped in the area.
    • We limit the total number of food and beverage vendors to limit overlap in offerings and maximize sell-thru.
  • Dirt Rag Dirt Fest WV: 3 days, 1,000-1,200 people per day
    • July 13-15, 2018
    • This is a camping event where folks are generally camped in the area.
    • We limit the total number of food and beverage vendors to limit overlap in offerings and maximize sell-thru. Contact us asap to book a spot!

Food Vendor Agreement

Food Exhibitor

  • Dirt Rag Dirt Fest Pennsylvania:
    • Cost of Space: 10×10 $275 (1-vehicle pass, 2 attendee passes), 10×20 $550 (2-vehicle, 3 attendee passes), 20×20 $825 (3-vehicle, 4 attendee passes)
    • 10% of gross collected needs to paid to Rotating Mass Media with sales statement upon the departure of the event. This must be paid with a check. This is on top of any vendor fees. To be collected by the organizer.
    • Electric is not provided
    • Water is not provided (but may be purchased onsite)
    • Ice is not provided (but may be purchased onsite)
  • Dirt Rag Dirt Fest West Virginia:
    • Cost of Space: 10×10 $150 (1-vehicle pass, 2 attendee passes), 10×20 $275 (2-vehicle, 3 attendee passes), 20×20 $420 (3-vehicle, 4 attendee passes)
    • 10% of gross collected needs to paid to Rotating Mass Media with sales statement upon the departure of the event. This must be paid with a check. This is on top of any vendor fees. To be collected by the organizer.
    • Electric is provided
    • Water is not provided (but may be purchased onsite)
    • Ice is not provided (but may be purchased onsite)

Staff Meal Tickets 

  • Our staff will utilize meal tickets. Value of ticket is one  “meal” of value up to $10
  • Cash in tickets prior to leaving the festival.

Set-Up/ Tear Down 

  • Wednesday and Thursday 9:00 a.m. -6:00 p.m.
  • Sunday 3:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m.  and Monday 9:00-1:00 p.m.

Hours of Operation (Mandatory) 

  • Friday 1:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
  • Saturday Open at 8:00 a.m. daily Open Until at least 6:00 p.m.
  • Sunday Open at 8:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Rules for food vendors: 

  • No glass bottles
  • No alcohol sales
  • No styrofoam containers
  • No weapons
  • No pets
  • No open fire or fire pits or charcoal
  • No trailers unless pre-approved
  • Must have fire suppression devices and plan in place.
  • Must follow Huntingdon County and Pennsylvania Health Codes
  • Must have current ServSafe certificate at the festival
  • Must recycle all plastic and recyclable paper
  • Must remove all trash and recycling from the site in timely manner bags of trash and recycling in or around vendor area not contained by a trash can will be considered a violation of the agreement.
  • Must serve food in compostable containers

Violation of any of the established rules may result in immediate removal from festival and termination of this contract.

30- Days prior to the event

  • Copy of Insurance naming Rotating Mass Media as additionally insured
  • Copy of Business License
  • Copy of Current Servsafe Certificate
  • In Full Booth Payment

60- Days prior to the event

  • 100% Non-refundable booth payment to be received 60 days prior to the festival
